⇙ How do I know that my Franchise User is active?
You will receive an Email and SMS on your registered mobile number once the account application has been processed and account has been activated. If you have not registered your mobile with us, please contact our nearest HINDFS Center or call our helpline within 1 days of submission of Franchise User Id opening forms to confirm status of User activation
⇙ Is there any per day limit on the amount for funds transfer?
Yes, Daily Limit for with kyc submitted Customer any Other Bank Account is Rs. 49,999/- and Franchise holder no limit for Payment Transfer.
⇙ Do I need to open an Franchise account with HINDFS for availing and/ or servicing the customer?
We will encourage you to start a HINDFS relationship with us so that we will be able to offer a host of other value added services, which are complementary to the earning. However, opening an account with us is mandatory.
⇙ How can I take part in this competition?
To be a part of this competition, you first need to first sign up for HIND Wallet via the HINDFS website or Mobile app. Then you need to load money into your wallet via your debit/credit card or net banking.
⇙ What can I earn by transferring money to people?
Every time you send money (as low as Re.1) to somebody who is not a registered HIND Wallet user via the phone contact in 'Money to Friends' feature on the HIND Wallet mobile app, you earn Rs 10 in your wallet when:

If a recipient gets money transfer requests from multiple people, you will be eligible for incentives or prizes only if your request is the first to reach the recipient.

If you are the lucky user to make a Milestone transaction, then you will be informed via email.
